Crossland Medical Review Services, Inc. concerns the high value of our customers' privacy. In order to provide superior service and to win our customers' trust, keeping customer information and all related documents secure with a high level of protection in our database servers is one of our major commitments. Technical Control

      1.  All customer information is stored in the servers resided in our high secure server room with digital lock to limit the access only to the authorized IT management team.

      2.  A high-level maintenance schedule is kept to ensure the satisfactory efficiency and reliability of all IT equipments.

      3.  A dedicated backup operator carries out daily backup procedure to prevent from data lost and to keep valid backup copy for any relevant use if needed.

      4.  Microsoft ISA server and Symantec security software are used for protecting our servers and workstations from viruses, spy ware, and hackers. Powerful firewall and intrusion prevention technologies automatically hide your desktops and laptops on the Internet, and control all inbound and outbound connections. In addition, all web related information is transmitted using secure socket layer (SSL) encryption.

Management Control

Our Top Management Team takes part in designing the entire secure protection policy. They periodically review the policy and the background support in order to provide the most updated protection. Under their supervision, all employees are ensured to follow the policy to provide world-class customers services.

Privacy Promise

      1.  A high and strict standard of security and confidentiality will be maintained to safeguard any information that our customers share with us. We keep data under physical, electronic and procedural controls that comply with governmental standards.

      2.  Even though our goal is to deliver outstanding service to our customers, we only collect and use our customer information as minimum as possible.

      3.  We authorize our employees to use information about our customer only as it pertains to the need and context of their job. Employees who violate our Privacy Promise are subject to disciplinary action.

      4.  Our customer information will not be exposed to any non-related external companies unless we obtained our customers' approval or as required and permitted by law.

      5.  We will always maintain control over the confidentiality of our customer information. We require companies working for us to protect information. They agree to use it only to provide the services we ask them to perform for us.

      6.  We will not use or share - internally or externally - personally identifiable medical information for any purpose other than the services required and as permitted by law.
